Alt's work has many forms including brand development, promotional campaigns, interactive design, research studies, and innovation programmes for companies.
Alt works with retailers, global fashion designers, national and local government agencies, lawyers, wine makers, academic institutions, architects, artists, dancers, filmmakers, furniture designers, energy providers, and restauranteurs. Ed Burak, until recently a senior designer in the Formway Studio is now applying the same creative approach to help Formway Furniture Ltd communicate its ideas as the General Manager - Marketing. His most recent project was leading the design team that researched and developed the multiple awards winning work environment HUM. Minds at work.

Hayden has had a hands-on role in almost every aspect of web development, from interface design and programming to content development and high-level strategy. In recent years, he has worked primarily in the field of digital product design.
In 2002 he founded Hansel, a Wellington-based interaction design consultancy, which merged with DNA in 2007.
At DNA, Hayden is part of a diverse team of strategists with research, online, retail, product development, marketing and real-world business management expertise. He manages DNA's Auckland-based Online team, and leads DNA's online user experience practice. His work has spanned a wide range of project types, including web applications, mobile applications, portals, content management systems, and interactive kiosks for clients such as BNZ, Inland Revenue, Ministry of Health, ACC, Telecom, Victoria University and Powershop.
Hayden leads DNA's Powershop team, who worked closely with Simon Coley and his team to design the Powershop application.
Any part of the Powershop experience that a customer or potential customer can see (or hear) is Simon's responsibility. This extends across the entire customer lifecycle, including above-the-line campaign management, online acqusition, Powershop public website, and Powershop application look and feel and usability. Simon has extensive experience in visual communication, online product design & development and sales and marketing. Simon began his career in the design and advertising industry in NZ before a long stint in London where he ran his own design firm, was an establishing member of the early Silicon Valley internet consultancy, Viant in Europe and was appointed Creative Director for the global interactive marketing firm Agency.com. Back in New Zealand Simon helped NZTE to develop Better by Design as it's founding Creative Director and then went on to work with Geoff Ross to sell 42 Below vodka to the world. The promise of working on projects that would revolutionise the energy industry enticed him to come and work with Meridian Energy in 2007. Simon's introduction to Powershop was a fortunate accident. Simon was working on other strategic projects at Meridian and an overflow at the old offices saw him "temporarily" occupying a desk at the Powershop office. Through a process of osmosis Simon soon took up a core role of the Powershop management team as Creative Director come Head of Sales and Marketing.
Arch MacDonnell is the creative director of Inhouse, an award-winning Auckland based design studio established with his partner Jane in 1995.
A graduate of Swinburne University (Melbourne), his work spans both the corporate and arts sectors with a particular interest in arts publishing. He has collaborated with many of New Zealand's leading contemporary artists, curators and galleries to create a body of work that is as diverse as it is consistent: at its core are the same attention to details and craftmanship.
Curiously strong mints make him sneeze.
Andy Pickering is the Creative Director of Pilot Magazine. Pilot celebrates the best in contemporary creative culture promoting new ideas, new perspectives and new futures. Each issue contains a diverse mix of art, design, architecture, fashion and photography. Pilot champions a new, emerging Zeitgeist based on creativity, authenticity, ethical consumption and a new appreciation for the role that art, design and technology play in shaping our lives. Drawing on a global network of creative talent, Pilot delights in the unexpected, surprising readers with new perspectives, stunning art and photography, and a grand visual narrative that connects the dots between past, present and future.
